Once the products of your choice are removed from our warehouse for shipment to you, we will send a related mail to inform you. All deliveries are made through ACS courier and all transport costs for orders over 70€ are incurred by the company. For purchases up to 70€, transportation shipping cost is 3,5€ and there is an additional service charge of 3€ if you choose ”cash on delivery” as your payment method.


We ship our products to Cyprus via ACS courier.

  1. For purchases over 70€ transport costs are free.
  2. For purchases under 70€ transport costs are 6€ for express delivery (1-3 working days). The ‘Cash on Delivery’’ payment method is not available for Cyprus.

Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.

You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

By charging your credit card. Charging of credit card takes place on the date the procedure of dispatching of products begins. Our website,, has taken all necessary precautions regarding the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit and debit card holders are subject to validity control.

It is important to specify necessarily a phone number and a valid e-mail address.

Before the completion of the order, our company informs consumers though our website about the identity and address of suppliers, substantial features of the product, price, quantity, transfer costs, payment method, delivery method, duration and price of the offer, if any, and the right of withdrawal.

Upon sending of the order form, consumers receive online a copy of their order that they may save.

All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT; reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers. Moreover in case of technical issues Magnolia Grace can cancel online orders that were completed in wrong prices.


Magnolia Grace has taken all necessary precautions in order to guarantee the best possible security for your data. The website uses the SSL protocol to secure online business transactions. In this way, all personal information like credit card data, name, addresses, is encrypted so that it may not be read or changed while transferred on the Internet.

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part. The item(s) can be returned for refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and original invoice. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.

As to specify the terms of returns:

  • Footwear must be tried on soft surfaces, and the Company has the right to not accept returns of items that have been worn out.
  • Swimwear must be tried and returned with the hygiene sticker on the gusset.
  • Earrings, face masks and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons as there is no way to ensure they haven’t been worn/ tried on.
  • Legwear, specifically tights and socks cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

The Company, will conduct quality check to returned products, and should they not comply to the restrictions above, they will be returned to the client at their own expense.

In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

Returns on swimwear items are accepted only if the hygiene sticker is intact.

Magnolia Grace reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying the order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

There’s no need to let us know you’re returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us.

Your package inside should contain a.) The returning product b.) Your receipt. We will refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method (shipping costs are excluded from the refund).

To return your product please mind the following:

  • The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached
  • The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage
  • In case you choose another courier company than the collaborating one you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return and Magnolia Grace has no liability upon that. 
  1. You are liable to make changes to the same or another product in store (Returns within Greece only).

Make your exchanges in any of our corporate Magnolia Grace stores with your product and proof of purchase. No exchanges are made to Magnolia Grace stores within multi-brand customers and shop in shop.

Make your changes online by sending your parcel back to the company. Your package inside should contain a.) The returning product b.) your receipt c.) the return form you will find below.

To save your exchange product, you must make a new order following the same procedure as when placing a normal order, selecting ”Cash upon Delivery” as the payment method while in the ”Comment” section write the word ”Change”. Please note that the final payable amount will not show automatically, as it changes when the order & return is processed by the accounting department.


    You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 14 working days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need to fill in and sent us the special ‘return form’ that you can find here. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. In addition, together with the submission of the withdrawal statement, you shall include the payment receipt. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.

In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. If the reason for returning a product lies with a company’s error, Magnolia Grace undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days, for returns within Greece via ACS couriers, or within 3-5 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us. When we will receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request. In an attempt to provide the best possible customer service, Magnolia Grace enables you to submit online any complaint by filling in the relevant contact form that you can find here.

In case you would like to cancel your order please keep in mind that the cancellation will be accepted within 1 hour of the order completion. Beyond that point no cancellation will be accepted. 

    The company cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the company and make a new order. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, then the company shall bear the relevant return cost. (Options for return: a) crediting of account b) refund of money


    • As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).
    • When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us the “return form” that you can find here within the exclusive time-limit of fourteen (14) days.
    • For hygiene and quality control reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items that concern body hygiene

    • All products returned to the Magnolia Grace’s storage room undergo meticulous quality control.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if product’s package is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.

Also be reminded that:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you received the product. It is necessary that the product is in excellent condition with its tags on, the receipt of the order and the special return form below.
  • The refund process usually takes 5-6 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before arriving at the refund department. In case the product is found faulty, the customer will be contacted and the refund or change will not be possible.
